We've spent 25 years navigating everything from startups to global consultancies, working with brands like Google, The Home Depot, and the U.S. Government. We've scaled teams, rebuilt commercial engines, and learned (often the hard way) what separates good leaders from great ones.

We created Gumption because we kept seeing the same problem: promising managers stuck in a growth gap, and brands that couldn't scale their standards beyond a single founder's instincts. We built something to fix both at once.

    Josh is a business and technology executive who has spent his career building teams, launching products, and driving growth across industries from telecom and manufacturing to pharmaceuticals and the public sector. He's led go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and customer success at companies ranging from startups to global enterprises. He co-founded Gumption because he's seen firsthand that the best leaders aren't born with confidence. They build it through the right support, the right frameworks, and the willingness to take action.

    Jon has spent 25 years helping organizations grow, leading teams of 300+, managing $100M+ businesses, and building brand and growth strategies for some of the world's largest companies. He's been an SVP, a global chief strategy officer, and taught at Georgetown. He started Gumption because he believes the next generation of leaders deserves better tools than a pep talk and a performance review.
